Practice, Well exists to support non GP specialists to build confident, ethically sound and high-functioning billing and compliance practices over the course of their careers.

Why Practice, Well exists

Starting in private practice can be hard. We are not taught how to bill confidently and correctly. We are not taught how to run a business. We are left to interpret complicated billing rules alone or billing “the way we have always done it”. This leaves us open to unfavourable audit outcomes and suboptimal billing practices.

Our Approach

  • Peer developed - there are other education resources for non GP specialists that have been made with no input from those working in the field

  • Not a quick item number look up App. You cannot defend your billing if you do not understand it

  • Practical application - real world scenario based billings not a list of item numbers with no context

  • Self paced - we understand how difficult it is to find a large block of free time to take out of your busy day

  • Ethical and transparent - prioritising clarity, compliance, and defensible practice.
